Miss England
The current Miss England is Katrina Hodge a Lance Corporal in the Adjutant Generals Corps. The 2009 Miss England Final was Katrina's second final and although she was not crowned Miss England at the final, in November 2009 she received a phone call from the Miss England Organisers as the winner had stepped down! This meant Katrina was then off to the Miss World final!!

Miss England Organisers
The official Miss England Office is based in Leicester and is run by Ange Beasley, herself a winner of 25 beauty contests in the 1980's. Angie has organised lots of beauty pageants throughout UK and worked with many magazines and newspapers. Angie is a fantastic support to all heat organisers and of course to each Miss England, enabling them to become the best representative England could have at Miss World and also to grow and achieve their own personal success.
The Miss England title is owned by the Miss World organisation and as such, only the winner of the Miss England title, through such heats as Miss Southampton, can represent England at the Miss World final.
